Nickel Alloy UNS N06625 is a nonmagnetic nickel-based Alloy that is highly resistant to corrosive environments, especially to: pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and corrosion cracking. The mechanical properties of the Alloy ensure excellent performance under the most severe conditions at both extremely low cryogenic and high temperatures, up to 1100°C.
IPS Group supplies, worldwide, large sized Alloy UNS N06625 piping packages required for greenfield construction developments and services also medium-small Alloy UNS N06625 piping packages from the stock during the advanced construction stages when short lead times are required. Alloy UNS N06625 is used for upstream oil & gas fluids, chemical processing, and nuclear applications that are exposed to high mechanical stresses.
Our supply chain stocks ½” up to and including 6” seamless Alloy 625 pipes in cold worked annealed condition and are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B444 gr.1 by the most reputed mills only. The cold work annealed condition ensures significantly higher mechanical properties than Alloy UNS N06625 pipes executed in a solution annealed condition.
Our clients benefit from an Alloy UNS N06625 stock program that is subjected to the most stringent test requirements exceeding Shell MESC, ADNOC, and Petrobras specifications. All Alloy 625 stocks are manufactured exclusively by European, Japanese or American mills. IPS supplies besides seamless pipes as well welded pipes in accordance with ASTM B705 UNS N06625, seamless & welded fittings in accordance with ASTM B366 UNS N06625, and flanges, Fittings, forgings, and Valves in accordance with ASTM B564 UNS N06625. The stock program is in particular of use to clients executing construction projects related to the upstream oil & gas industry.
